Safe and reliable online shopping
We are affiliated with the Webshop Keurmerk foundation. Since 2001, the Keurmerk foundation has been the trade association and the Thuiswinkel Trustmark for home shops that mainly offer their products and services via the internet. With more than 2700 affiliated webshops, the Foundation is the largest recognized quality mark in the Netherlands. The shops affiliated with the Dutch Webshop Quality Mark are under independent supervision of the foundation. The Stichting Webshop Keurmerk aims to protect consumers against faulty web shops and/or home shops.

Right of withdrawal
When purchasing our products online, you have the option of dissolving the agreement without giving reasons for at least fourteen days. We hereby refer you to article 6 of the right of withdrawal from the General Terms and Conditions of the Keurmerk Webshop that we use. In the event of a withdrawal, you can use our model form (pdf). After dissolution of the agreement, the amount paid will be refunded within 14 days. Vests tried on and paid for via SumUp in our showroom are subject to our applicable general terms and conditions of sale and delivery.

Return Policy
If you are returning something, please follow these steps;
- Send an e-mail to so that we can expect your shipment;
- State the order number and possibly the reason for the return in the subject of your e-mail;
- If possible, pack the unworn (return tag still attached to the product) and undamaged items in their original packaging;
- Please include packing slip/invoice in the return shipment;
- Address the shipment to Finstral BV, Hooiland 8, 6666 MJ Heteren;
- The costs for the return shipment are for the buyer's account (keep your proof of shipment!);
- You can enter other sizes and/or articles separately via our webshop.

Return tag

Finstral Group B.V. reimburses all payments made by the customer, including any delivery costs (no return costs) charged by Finstral for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days on the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless Finstral offers to collect the product itself, Finstral may withhold reimbursement until Finstral has received the product or until the customer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is the earlier. Finstral uses the same means of payment that the customer has used for reimbursement, unless the customer agrees to another method. The refund is free of charge for the customer.

Complaint procedure
It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about our products and/or services. We would like to help you further and offer a desired solution. After receiving your complaint you will receive a confirmation from us. We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it needs more time, we will inform you. If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk to which we are affiliated. From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission.
