This cover design is multifunctional and is equipped with soft flexible panels (NIJ level IIIA) and can reach protection level NIJ level IV by adding hard ballistic plates. Is light and thin enough to wear discreetly under a jacket or as part of a uniform. The panels are interchangeable with other covers for other operational uses.
