The ballistic helmet is produced in Kevlar aramid fiber from Dupont. It is a very popular ballistic helmet used by professional military and police units in Europe and the United States.

We only want to make high quality helmets, so the helmet is 100% produced in Europe instead of cheap import from China. We like to stay alive, so for us it is more important to have a ballistic helmet that does its job than one that is cheap.

A ARCH helmet weighs only 1.15 kg / 2.5 lbs (before the helmet and without si details and shroud). This makes this bulletproof helmet one of the lightest bulletproof helmets on the market. The less your equipment weighs, the more mobile you will feel.

A layer of polyrea spray paint has been applied over the entire helmet, which ensures that your military helmet can withstand rain, oil and similar liquids. This strengthens your bulletproof helmet and ensures it will last for many years without fading the paint or deteriorating ballistic properties.



A high-cut helmet with memory foam and BOA Fit

PGD ARCH helmet is a high-cut helmet that offers space to wear hearing protection or communication equipment at the same time.

The helmet can be easily adapted to your needs. It molds to your head in 2-3 seconds and feels like a "flying" helmet because it fits snugly without feeling tight. We can do that with our 10 Memory Foam Pads liner system inside the helmet.

The PGD-10 pad memory foam technology is a specially developed foam technology that reduces bone trauma from shots while providing incredible comfort. Memory foam was originally developed for use by NASA to protect against 'impacts'.

The foam, which is attached with Velcro, can be easily replaced.

The ARCH helmet also comes with our PGD buckle system, which uses premium materials from BOA, ITW Nexus and Duraflex. Clamping The system is clamped via the neck and is e.g. by top athletes instead of laces to get the shoe close to the foot and by snowboarders to get the shoe close to the foot instead of the old-fashioned buckles.

The BOA Fit buckle system secures the helmet on the head and can be quickly adjusted via the rotary knob. In addition, you can adjust the straps via the 4 plastic buckles so that they have the correct length for your head.

An ARCH helmet is made in Dupont's Kevlar Aramid. Dupont is one of the world's leading manufacturers of aramid fiber.
