The PGD-U-line can be used stand-alone, so you have no need for soft ballistic panels (NIJIIA) behind it. It is designed in a multiple curve which makes the plate sit nicely on the body as it is shaped for the chest and abdomen. The plate is made from one large piece of Monolithic SIC ceramic. It gives you the lightest and at the same time the strongest ceramics we have available for NIJ level 4. In addition, the use of Monolithic SIC ceramics also offers the possibility to make edge-to-edge ceramics, so that the ceramic covers the entire front of the plate. covered. If your plate is not protected from edge to edge, the plate will be protecting a smaller part of your body than it appears.
